Not my best work but I’ll take it give I haven’t been hitting metcons as hard recently and have focused on strength vice body weight movements. Definitely need get back on the metcon bandwagon soon though. I really should be getting more like 20 rounds.

NOTES: Pushups remain the limiting factor, pull-ups were unbroken/fast, and in a perfect world I would have gone faster with the squats. I need a lot of work on pushups before its worthwhile to speed up the squats. Long term goal is 20 rounds.
